We acknowledge with gratitude the enduring connection of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples to the lands and waters of this country. We further acknowledge that we benefit every day from the great love and care the First Nations, Inuit and Metis peoples have shown Mother Earth. We encourage our partners committed to advancing conservation, restoration, and nature-based solutions from coast to coast to coast to be mindful of the land upon which they live and work and to respect the diverse cultures, languages, laws, protocols and traditions of the Indigenous peoples in each area.
